Hotel room rate is $145.00 per night (+ taxes) and will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the convention dates (based on availability), if you choose to spend more time in the area.
There are two ways to book your convention hotel room:
1) Contact Hilton Cincinnati Airport directly at 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667). If you need a special type of room it is
best to call. To receive this special rate, mention your dates and that you are with the International Willow Collectors
Convention 2025, as it benefits you and the club. The code for our special rate is IWC25.
2) Use the link below for hotel reservations.
Important: Your stay may be pre-set for Tues (July 8) through Sunday (July 13).
Click on the 'Edit Stay' button to change.
Please note that in order to use the above link, you cannot be logged into your Hilton Honors account.
Sign out of your Honors account, book your room, and use the confirmation number to attach it to your Honors account once booked.

Reserving your stay does not register you for the convention.
